Make sure to sign yourself up as Herriman and pay for your entries. You can usually sign up for a relay at the meet.
1/4" Pyramid Spikes are allowed in the following events: High Jump, Long Jump, Pole Vault, 55 Hurdles (trials and finals), 55 Dash (Finals). Sorry we can't have spikes in the other events. They can wear the shoes without spikes in. This is to protect the gym floors in the middle of the track.

Travel and hotel is on each individual athlete. Please make sure you book rooms to stay as needed, and have a plan for who is taking you there and back. Coach Soles will pick 4x800 relay teams for this meet. Coaches will not be attending this meet. Registration ends on Feb 10th!!!
