Race Course Notes:
- The course will be 3.0 miles.
- 95%+ on grass. Asphalt sections of the course will have rubber mats (except for the parking lot entrance crossing on the south side of course).
- The course will be fully painted and/or flagged. The south side of the course by the playground is super fun and intense and will be lined fully with spectators, please watch the lines and the flags so we are maintaining a clear path for the athletes.
- The awards stage will be set up between the START and FINISH lines. We are excited to have a race announcer this year, he will be set up on the awards stage with a perfect view of the START and FINISH.

Camp Time Trial - July 7th - Results
Another amazing camp time trial!
Jackson Spencer shatters the course record in 11:59! Eli Jarvis and Caleb Brown show we will have a powerful front 3 this season!
Newcomer Hallee Van Tress shows she is ready to race with a great 16:04 winning time! Bree Leeper, Lauren Osuna, and Lindsey Gerhart round out the top 4!

Deseret News 5k - July 24th - Results
The Des News 5k is a fun way to break up summer training! Check out the performances below:
Halley Van Tress led the girls in 18:54, with Bree Leeper right behind her in 18:56, and Lindsey Gerhart in 19:07!
Boys crushed it with Jackson Spencer running 14:37 and Eli Jarvis also under 15 minutes in 14:58! Junior Kenny Briggs rounds out the top 3 in 15:44!
Premier Invitational - Aug 9 - Results (2.9 mi)
The Premier Invite is a great starting point for our teams! Please take a look at the highlights below:
JV Girls - Some of our varsity girls are still waiting on out of state paperwork clearance and so they had to run JV. Run they did! The crushed the course with Hallee Van Tress in 18:47, Lily Clawson in 18:52, and Ava Clawson finishing 3rd in 19:13! McKenna Preston had a breakout race in 7th and Alicia DeHaan finished out the scoring in 37th! Girls JV finishes 2nd place!
Varsity Boys - We know Eli Jarvis was ready to roll and he didn't disappoint! He pushed straight to the front and ended up finishing 2nd overall and 1st in 6A in 15:18! Soph Jeremiah Sorensen started out in the top 10 and finished there overall! Junior Kenny Briggs closed well to finish 12th overall! Boys team wins the meet for the 4th year in a row!
Varsity Girls - Lindsey Gerhart and Breelyssa Leeper ran strong races to show we will have a tight pack up front this season! Lindsey finished 16th overall, and Bree was 19th overall! A strong race from Sydney Steadman in 20:24 helped the girls finish 2nd overall as a team!
JV Boys - Trevin Lounsbury and Willy Van Tress took no time to announce their presence in Utah with a solid 1-2 finish in the JV race! These two will play a large role in varsity this year! A great race by Camron Johnson in 4th and Gage McFarlane in 6th sealed the deal on a JV boys win!

Park City Twilight - Aug 14 - Results (3m)
Congrats to our team for a dominating performance at the Park City Twilight!
JV Boys - Trevin Lounsbury with another win, but great runs by Ty Jeppsen, Frosh Owen Vorkink, Jaxon Woolf, and Mason Hadlock all finishing in the top 6 led to a dominant team performance, winning with just 19 points!
JV Girls - Lily and Ava Clawson continued to show they will be very good varsity runners in a few meets with a 1-2 finish! Emma Hayes with a top 10 finish! Natalie Wardle takes 28th, and Claire HInkins in 30th to secure the 2nd place finish, with both Mountain Ridge and Herriman scoring 60 points, but we lost on the 6th person tie breaker. Still an amazing run girls!
Varsity Boys - Willy Van Tress gets his first win as a Mustang with an impressive performance! He took control early and pushed all the way to the finish line for the win! The other varsity boys? Soph Jeremiah Sorensen takes 2nd, Adam Wardle 4th, Eli Wardle 5th, and Kenny Briggs takes 6th for 5 of the top 6 for the Mustangs! They scored a meet low 18 points!
Varsity Girls - A great pack up front with Hallee Van Tress, Lindsey Gerhart, and Breelyssa Leeper leads to a dominant win for the Mustang Varsity Girls! Sydney Steadman continues to move closer to the front group finishing 13th! Herriman 63 - North Summit 87.
UIAAA Invitational - Aug 23 - Results (5k)
Fr/So Boys - Jacob DeHaan battled 3 fast Lehi sophs, but pulled away late for a great 16:23 win! Frosh Owen Vorkink shows he is the real deal with a 17:39! Vinny Dalton (9), Fast Rising Kade Sager (10), and Westin Burt round out the scorers for the Mustangs!
Fr/So Girls - Ava Clawson won this race going away in 19:09! She is getting much faster each week and will be varsity at Woodbridge! Emma Hayes continues to move towards the top end group of our team running 23:21! Claire Hinkins made a big jump to 24:08, look for her to keep moving up the ranks!
Varsity Boys - Jackson Spencer ran away from an early challenge to win in 14:54! That is the fastest time ever here on the 5k course! Eli Jarvis had the best race of the day, passing many top guys in the last 600m to finish 2nd in 15:19! Kenny Briggs closed well for 15th and Willie Van Tress runs 17th to secure the team win with 54 points!
Varsity Girls - Hallee Van Tress showed she is adapting to elevation with a top 10 finish in 18:47! Lindsey Gerhart moves up 4 places from last year to finish 14th in 19:04! Senior Bree Leeper battled blisters and finished the race without shoes, but still ran a solid 19:48 time! The girls took 4th, but with our full lineup running in the same race they would have been second only to AF.
Jr/Sr Boys - It got really hot by this point in the meet, but Trevin Lounsbury cruised to another win this season in 16:20! The second best race of the day came from Cam Johnson, crushing everyone but Trevin the last mile to grab a great 2nd place finish here in the heat, running 16:46!
Jr/Sr Girls - Lily Clawson takes 2nd in 19:15! Look for her to be in the varsity at Woodbridge!
This meet was very hot and the athletes did a great job handling the heat! 4 individual wins and a 2nd place! Way to go Mustangs!

The Boys team wins their 4th Woodbridge Sweepstakes title in a row! Jackson Spencer led the way with a win in 13:42, followed by Eli Jarvis in 14:01 for 3rd overall! Trevin Lounsbury opened his varsity season well with a 14:29! Willie Van Tress runs 14:46 and Jeremiah Sorensen runs 14:54 to round out the scorers!
The Girls team had a solid race, finishing 19th overall in the meet out of 500+ teams! Sr Bree Leeper put up her best race of the season to lead the girls in 17:25! Lily Clawson runs 17:33, with Lindsey Gerhart running just behind in 17:36! Jr Sydney Steadman had the best race of her career in 17:52! Ava Clawson and Sadie Henderson finish in 18:13!
In the B team races, Grace McEwen runs 19:21 and Alicia DeHaan and McKenna Preston run 20:16! On the boys side, Kenny Briggs runs 15:02 and Cam Johnson runs 15:05!
